Task stuck in “In Progress” for 14+ hours after “Publish now”
Hi team, I created a Reddit publishing task and selected “Publish now”, but the task k9788rebp3gwzrshhrfrgmasr18247bq has been stuck in “In Progress” for over 14 hours. There’s no error message and nothing gets published.
Could you please check the task logs / queue status and confirm whether it failed, got blocked (subreddit restrictions, rate limits, etc.), or is stuck due to a worker issue? If possible, please advise how I can recover it (retry/cancel/recreate) without losing the attempt. Thank you.

Hi!
Thank you for reporting this.
Your post is currently waiting for mod approval on the subreddit.
We will work on creating a separate status for this to avoid confusion in the future.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Thanks for the quick clarification — that makes sense, and I appreciate you looking into it.
Could you please tell me how long a post can typically stay in “waiting for mod approval” status? Also, if it remains pending for several days and never gets approved/published, what happens on your side — is there an automatic cancellation, retry, or a refund/credit policy for tasks that don’t result in a published post?
Thank you!

I’ve had a task ‘in progress’ waiting for mod approval since the 23rd of February.
