Engain Toolbox failing
The Engain Toolbox chrome extension is not working I am using it on a macbook macos tahoe brave broswer and yes I have tried uninstalling and installing and logging out and then back in

I have requested and paid for upvotes. Its been between 3-2 days depending on which post and I still do not see any upvotes posted. How long does it usually take?
Onboarding redirects to Step 1 without success confirmation
When creating a new Project and finishing onboarding, the UI redirects the user back to Step 1 without any clear indication that the project was successfully created. This leads users to repeat the onboarding process multiple times, creating duplicate projects. I want a clear success confirmation or redirect to the dashboard so I know it went through.
Posting to wrong thread
Submitted a task, and the tool posted it to the completely wrong thread. Far from ideal if this happens. I would try and submit this to support, but yeah that doesn’t seem to exist?
Generate reply not working?
At renewal my ability to generate AI replies was removed? How to re-enable it?
Timing Bug: Timers Not Working Correctly
When creating a post and trying to thread the top of the discussion with comments there is an option to set the comments for a certain number of minutes after the parent task. But the system doesn’t respect this rule setting. I recently tried to run my comments within 2 minutes of the post going live. Here are the results in the screenshots. The first is when the post went live. The second was my comments (meant to be within 2 minutes). It takes hours!
New opportunities not working
I have correct settings for keywords, subreddits and prompts, but new opportunities is showing 0

I’m currently ordering 2–3 upvotes per comment, but the system is consistently delivering 15–25 upvotes instead. This level of overdelivery is significant and negatively impacts the credibility and authenticity of the comments, making it a consequential issue on our end. This is also occurring at scale across multiple tasks. I’ve included several task IDs below for your reference. Many tasks are getting way more upvotes than I purchased (not organic)
On many of my tasks, I choose the rank comment button, which may suggest something like six upvotes, and I'll end up getting 15 to 20 plus after a day or two. This ends up looking very suspicious when the post only has a handful of upvotes in the top comment only has four to five upvotes. I typed in the sub reddits i want to follow and it didn’t save. i get many errors when just using the app and nothing is working.
Cannot comment as the OP account on original post
When viewing a post from the account that originally created it, there is no option to reply as that account within the thread. Replying works correctly when using a different account that was threaded in the comment section. The "Details" tab exposes the reply feature for those accounts. However, the Details tab for the original posting account does not surface this option at all.
Task stuck in “In Progress” for 14+ hours after “Publish now”
Hi team, I created a Reddit publishing task and selected “Publish now”, but the task k9788rebp3gwzrshhrfrgmasr18247bq has been stuck in “In Progress” for over 14 hours. There’s no error message and nothing gets published. Could you please check the task logs / queue status and confirm whether it failed, got blocked (subreddit restrictions, rate limits, etc.), or is stuck due to a worker issue? If possible, please advise how I can recover it (retry/cancel/recreate) without losing the attempt. Thank you.

Unable to Subscribe
I am literally trying to pay you money and the dropdown prevents me from doing this. When I go to put in my address, the dropdown cuts off the subscribe section and I am unable to scroll down and subscribe. You guys seem like you have a great service, and I’d like to try it out, but I need this to be fixed to do that.
