removing irrelevant opportunities form the list
it would be nice to remove/delete irrelevant New oportunities or SEO opportunities from the list as I keep noticing many deleted ones and i end up wasting time on remembering what I did

If possible it will be great to add to the track tasks page the real amount of views that each comment or post got like the info straight from reddit
Engain Toolbox failing
The Engain Toolbox chrome extension is not working I am using it on a macbook macos tahoe brave broswer and yes I have tried uninstalling and installing and logging out and then back in

Upvotes that drop off in speed to mimic reality. Otherwise you need to put in multiple upvote orders at multiple speeds
The ability to clearly mark a opportunity as "complete"
Useful for one so I can visually and quickly see which posts I've queued a task for, or mark ones which are irrelevant or which I have replied to externally through my own company accounts.
New Ops Stuck in May
For all of my projects, all of the “newest” New Opportunities only show up to May 5. Why is this?

I have requested and paid for upvotes. Its been between 3-2 days depending on which post and I still do not see any upvotes posted. How long does it usually take?
Onboarding redirects to Step 1 without success confirmation
When creating a new Project and finishing onboarding, the UI redirects the user back to Step 1 without any clear indication that the project was successfully created. This leads users to repeat the onboarding process multiple times, creating duplicate projects. I want a clear success confirmation or redirect to the dashboard so I know it went through.

I want a free trial option to test the platform before purchasing, as many competitors offer trials and I want to make sure the platform works for my needs.
Faster lead update frequency for Lite plan
I want faster lead update frequencies on the Lite plan. Currently, it updates every two weeks, which is too slow for SEO lead generation because potential clients have usually found someone else by the time I see the lead. I need more frequent updates to be competitive.
Export Brand Mentions
I want to be able to download all mentions of our brand (e.g., to CSV or PDF) for reporting and further analysis. This would help in managing brand reputation and sharing insights with the team.
New Opportunity - Keyword Search
It would be great to be able to search for a keyword in the “New Opportunities” function. This would really help filter posts for local targeting, especially if the brand keywords uploaded are broad terms.

Submitted a task, and the tool posted it to the completely wrong thread. Far from ideal if this happens. I would try and submit this to support, but yeah that doesn’t seem to exist?
Reddit URL Verification Error When Ordering Upvotes
I’m receiving a “Could not verify the Reddit URL. Please check the URL and try again.” error when attempting to order upvotes. These are valid Reddit URLs. Are you aware of this issue, and is there a fix currently in progress?
